For those of you that love to eat have no fear, I am here to help you learn to still eat great things and still see the results that you want. I personally believe in eating “clean”. What does this mean? First of all, it is NOT a diet, it is a lifestyle. To make it an easy lifestyle eating clean means not having to count calories, fat, sugar, etc. Eating clean IS eating foods in their most natural state. So, not boxed, processed, preserved, chemically enhanced, or even foods that are stripped of their nutrients like white rice or bread (which BTW is also a processed and chemically enhanced food or “enriched” they say!).

Learning to read labels and understand them is a long and arduous task. That is what I am here for. Follow my blog to read the plethora of information I post about clean eating and deciphering food labels. For those of you still adamant at this time to continue to eat the foods of your choice, consider making baby steps of changes.
