Each month I start a new “Challenge Group”. Challenge groups consist of a small group of like minded people who, with my help, support, motivate, encourage, inspire, etc. each other. I lead the group, keeping you all on track with health, fitness, and eating tips, help with the fitness program, and daily challenges to keep you on track. A challenge group is just that little push and accountability that you need to stay on track and reach your goals.
