Who else struggles with portion control and finding the time to workout? It is not just that we lack the self control to manage our portions, it is also that we go to restaurants that serve us huge amounts of food, we pay good money for it, and we don’t want to waste it. Not only that, but it is hard to learn what the correct portion of something is. Today we eat on huge plates with growth hormone injected meats producing larger portion sizes, and we just don’t know how much to eat. No one likes to have to waste time measuring every single thing that they eat. Add to that trying to make sure that you eat super healthy, count your calories, and all the other junk we go through just to stay fit and healthy.
The next struggle is trying to find the time to fit fitness into your daily life. Boy, do I get it! I have a full time job, two part time jobs, full time college, and a family to help take care of. It is tough!
