3 Day Refresh Results
Over the weekend last weekend I did the 3 Day Refresh. I started Saturday and Monday was my last day. I chose to eat the same things each day to make it more simple.
You start the day with water. Your breakfast is Shakeology with a fruit. Mid-morning you have a green tea option. Late morning is your fiber shake.
Lunch you choose 1 each of the following from a long list 1 fruit, 1 veggie, AND 1 healthy fat. In addition you have the Vanilla fresh protein shake.
Later you have a snack with a choice of a veggie AND healthy fat, or raw juice.
There is also a late afternoon tea option.
Finally DINNER, there are several delish options for dinner with your second Vanilla Fresh protein shake and an optional tea for the evening.
My meals were the same with the exception of dinner.
Breakfast: Vegan Chocolate Shakeology with a banana
Lunch: Avocado, Cucumbers, Watermelon, and Vanilla Fresh Shake
Snack: Celery with hummus
Dinner: Night one was a spinach salad with Vanilla Fresh Shake, night two was steamed Kale with pine nuts and Vanilla Fresh Shake, and night three was roasted asparagus with almond slivers and Vanilla Fresh Shake.
I never made it to the evening tea before bedtime 🙂
Really I thought it was easy. My mindset was that I was on a cleanse so I thought that I wanted to eat everything in sight, but I knew that was just all in my head, so I pushed through and boy am I glad I did. Check out these results:
